Production Process
1. Design of artwork
The design of the artwork is generally based on the size of the sample provided by the customer. The production drawing is generally produced using planar drawing software such as CAD or AI software. If the customer cannot provide the sample, we can cooperate with the customer to complete the drawing according to the customer’s requirements. Design and production of manuscripts.
2. Open the mold
The opening of the mold is the programming time of the mold master according to the design. Generally, the delivery time of the large mold is 15 days. With the mold in place, production is fast.
3. Color mixing rubber
According to the color number of the international Pantone color card specified by the customer, the color mixing ratio is aligned, and the color difference is extremely small.
4. Approved materials
The materials required for conductive silicone keys are environmentally friendly silicone rubber materials, with hardness of 30 degrees to 70 degrees.
5. Upper mold production
After the mold is ready, it is produced on the machine. After the mold is installed, the machine needs to be warmed up and debugged for production.
6. Molded product inspection
After the conductive silicone button is released, the quality inspection of the workshop is required. The main inspection is to check whether the product meets the specifications. If it is not consistent, it will be scrapped, reworked, and repaired.
7. Self-demolition
After the conductive silicone button is produced, there will be residual edges, or there are batches of sharp edges. After the inspector of the quality control department passes the inspection, the product will be sent to the post-processing department for trimming.
8. Finished product inspection
After trimming the side, it is finished. The finished product needs to be returned to the quality control department to check the quality of the trimming. If there are any unqualified products, it will be determined to be reworked.
