1. Design of artwork

2. Open the mold

4. Approved materials

5. Upper mold production

6. Molded product inspection

7. Self-demolition

8. Finished product inspection

Cause of rupture

2). Improper operation methods during demolding. Many mold masters do not have professional training or inattentive work during demolding. When they are not demoulded according to strict operation instructions, silicone buttons will be broken badly.
3). The vulcanization of the silicone button is not complete. When the mold temperature of the silicone button is too low or the vulcanization time is too short, it will cause the product to stick to the mold and it is not easy to release the mold.
4). The silicone used for the button is too poor, and some factories blindly reduce the cost and use inferior raw materials of the silicone for the button, which results in the poor quality of the produced silicone button, the rubber is too poor, the toughness is bad, and the memory is broken.
5). The release degree of the silicone button is not good when lifting the mold, which causes the product to break during the lifting process.
6). The mold cavity with rough surface or accumulation of dirt is not conducive to demolding, and the mold that is not easy to demold is easily broken.
